Accessing Customer Care

I keep getting an error page saying my proxy server may be the issue and that's not the case. I clicked the link for Customer Care and go directly to the error page. This happened before and then it corrected itself after a while. This time it hasn't. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hope you are doing well.

Can you please try clearing your browser cache/ cookies or try disconnecting from VPN/ proxy if you are using any & check again if the issue persists?
