@Akash-gupta_sky Are you trying to logged in using adobe ID or federated ID?
And also ask your admin to add your user id in Adobe analytics products and at least one of the report suite access should be granted.
I agree, this looks like a permission issue that your System Admin should be able to resolve...
Also, make sure that when you log in, you have chosen your "company" login, and not the "personal" login associated to the email...
