Access to Analytics Sandbox / demo account

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to set up a sandbox or demo account for Adobe Analytics via this link: https://business.adobe.com/resources/adobe-analytics-sandbox.html#roll-up-your-sleeves-and-explore-a...

I’ve submitted the request form a few times, but I haven’t received any confirmation or follow-up email with access details. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I missing a step or doing something wrong?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance

Hiya - you are all correct that using a personal email address should work just as well as using your business email. It's very possible that your access was given but Adobe Admin Console just ... wasn't in the mood for sending you an email to confirm your access. (Admin Console tends to occasionally get moody)

If you'd like, I'm happy to check Admin Console to see if your original personal email address was in fact added to the system. Feel free to DM it to me and I'll check it quickly.

Also - I have a ton of self-help tips to resolve these types of issues in my LinkedIn Learning video focused on Accessing the Adobe Analytics demo sandbox data:

Hey @LeonievdPlas ,

Are you using business email or your personal Email to sign up? Also, can you please confirm you have ruled out Junk mail?

Hi Isha,

Thank you for the quick reply. I'm using my personal email to sign up. And indeed, there are no emails in my Junk mailbox as well.

Thanks again!

Can you please try using Business email instead? Form specifically says Business email.

Hmm that is interesting... a personal email shouldn't be rejected... I am sure a lot of people would use a personal email to get access as part of the LinkedIn course which uses the same Sandbox (I think)....

But it's not a bad idea to try another email....

In the meantime, I am trying to track down the owner of the sandbox to see if we can get a direct answer.

I agree with you @Jennifer_Dungan  that it shouldn't be a problem. To validate, I registered for this form using both my personal & official email. I received the Welcome email on both.

@LeonievdPlas  - Could that be that your email is already registered or something?

Hi Isha & Jennifer,

Thank you very much for helping me thinking this through. I switched to the business account and that seems to do the trick :-). I never got a Welcome e-mail on my account, but I do have access to the sandbox now.

Thanks again!

All the best,

Leonie

Glad to hear you have access... interesting though... I wonder if you log in with your personal account if you also have access (without having received a welcome email)...
