Workspace filter default value--request to make a workspace truly self-serve

Two requests pertaining to workspace filters. We have stakeholders consuing our workspaces that we do not want to REQUIRE them to change the filters we have built into a report panel. Asking them to perform A---B---C defeats the purpose of creating a self service workspace.

When a filter is added to Adobe Workspace it defaults to the first value. Can this me modified to be defaulted to “No Filter”?
