VISTA Rules Visible in Admin Interface

Please make it possible for me to see which VISTA rules, if any, are enabled on which report suites through the admin interface. Better yet, also find a way to expose the code so we can see what the VISTA rule is actually doing.

Even more better yet, allow us to edit VISTA rules... come on, you let us get our feet wet with processing rules, but processing rules are so limited they are rarely worth it.

We intend to move away from VISTA rules, so this idea does not align with Adobe's current vision. We hope to be able to provide user-controlled rules similar to how VISTA rules operate sometime in the future.
