View Only Workspace: Enabled Date Range Changes

When a project is shared as 'view only' users cannot change the date range.  I think an option to allow date range changes would increase the usefulness of this mode while still balancing the need for control.

Without this flexibility I think there is the potential that this will lead us to build bloated projects that are trying to guess at the different date ranges that users might want to look at.

For instance, if we have a project showing 'last weeks sales', users would find it useful to also be able to get at this weeks sales so far, or the week prior to last week through the same project layout.

Any thoughts?
