For companies that create user/group accounts to limit access to only a single report suite that same user account can create a new segment and then share it with any other user/group within our "Company".  There needs to be a user/group level setting that prevents them from being able to share a segment to other user/groups if they are not an admin account.

Great Idea. Right now users can only share with other users where as admins can with other users, groups and the entire company. Does this meet the need? Or is the ask to disable sharing completely for certain users?

It would be to remove Sharing all together for non Admin users.  We need the ability to completely isolate our users from crossing over in any way to other users (non admins).

This is essential for web agencies.  Having report suites for different clients under one company means that users are able to see a list of all our other client users!  We do not want clients knowing and sharing things with all of our other clients!

I agree that this is a must have.  We do not want our client users seeing other client users.

Yes we definitely need this!

 

I'd like to have an admin control to be able to turn on and off both:

  • Segment creation
  • Segment sharing
