Use calculated metrics in segments

It would be great to be able to use calculated metrics within segments.  For example, create a segment that includes visitors who have a calculated score of > 500, or a bounce rate of < 50%, or a Tax > $1000 across all their purchases.

THanks

I was also trying to do something similar today, but couldn't.

+1 for this post, it's essential we could do somenthing like that.

I am working on something like this here: http://analyticsdemystified.com/technicalimplementation/engagement-scoring-adobe-analytics-derived-metrics/#

only to realize that I can not create segments like 'highly engaged visitor' based on the calculated metric. Which is very unfortunate.

+1 for this post, as we are also trying to use calculated metrics within segments, but could not.

+1.

Being able to segment by engaged users is essential for us. We have a claculated metric for measuing an engagement score, but it's unusable in the segment builder.

+1....YES!! This would not only be a great 'feature' but in some ways feels like a bug.
