Translation of Knowledge Base Articles into Japanese

Currently, there are not so many KB articles translated into Japanese. Plus, we cannot search them from "Search Help" box in the help page even when viewing in Japanese. So, it would be great if (1.) more KB articles would be translated into Japanese and (2.) translated KB articles would be searchable.
