Traffic by minute would provide great insights for businesses that rely on specific events that last for one hour or so.

    We completely agree, and even though the level of detail in these reports will be relatively simple, we are working to provide these reports in various tools. This capability is also available through our Reporting API today.

    This is available in the real-time reports as of the October 2013 release.

    No, it is only available in Reports & Analytics (SC 15) currently. There is also an API so that you can pull minute-by-minute data into your own applications.
