Apologies for the inconvenience! Hmmmmm. The SiteCatalyst-imposed timeout under normal circumstances is two hours. Possible that your IP address is changing? If your IP address changes, we log you out as a security precaution. We have a whitelist that we can add your IP ranges to, which should prevent that security measure from taking effect. Customer Care should be able to help get that added.
It would be nice too if Sitecatalyst also rememebered the last report/page I was on. After a timeout it always sends me back to the homepage, which for me is the default dashboard.
