Time Dimensions: Add support for relative hours

With 'day' based time dimensions we have access to relative periods e.g. today, yesterday, 2 days ago, 3 days ago.

I would like to see support added for equivalent hour based time dimensions e.g. last hour, 2 hours ago, 3 hours ago, 4 hours ago etc.

An example of typical business request that this would meet would be when something new is launched on our site:

"show me a pages report with a columns for  1) visits in the last hour 2) visits in the hour before that 3) total number of visits for today"

...which they then want to check throughout the launch day.

Please can this be considered?
