Terminate Compute in Background queries

With the user's ability to submit more than one workspace in compute in background mode, we have noticed "bottlenecks" with query performance within certain profiles.   Is there an abliity for the administrator to terminate a workspace(s) which is in compute in background mode if and when platform performance is degrading?
