Surface "Number of entries" in SiteCatalyst & ReportBuilder

We often need to determine how many unique items (page names, sections, products, etc) contributed to the "total" metric in a report.

We can sometimes try to page-forward some significant number to find the end -- thanks for that -- but it should be a something shown at the bottom of the page near the total.
