Support changing report suite on Bookmarked reports

When viewing a Bookmarked report and changing the report sutie with exactly the same setup, the Bookmarked report does not honr the previous information.  Different behavior happens if you manually create and then change the report suite than if you change the report suite on a bookmarked report.

I think this is a bug, but ClientCare and engineering say it's working "by design".

Simple idea request: Create the ability to build Bookmark templates that work when switching to different report suite (with same settings).
