Summary Change % threshold

Hello, I would like an option to set a threshold % for summary change visual

Where for example say "2%" set would make the visual show 'No change' if its between +2% and -2%

This way only significant changes would show up as something to draw attention.

And with the field everybody can setup the custom threshold for themselves.
