Stop server calls

Need a way to stop server calls from coming into report suites.  When web properties or apps go dark, but still have historical copies, way back machine, local copies, old dev servers etc. tracking calls still will fire off and collect even if the report suite is hidden.  We can block IP's, but it still gets counted as a server call there for we get charged.  Would like a way inside the admin console to stop all server calls from coming in so no more data populates and the billing statement will end on that report suite.

This is a huge issue, especially when you are dealing with over 1000 report suites.  Adobe needs to incorporate a method to stop server calls from getting in if a report suite is hidden.
