Good news!  We are actively working on designing a solution for this.  I'm sure there is already a duplicate out there for this which you can vote up.  We are looking at allowing multiple collaborators to make changes on the same project.

wonderful news, something like shared excel or google docs which allows users to see if anyone else is working should be helpful as well.

Ah - do you mean simultaneous editing of Workspace projects?  We have experimented with that idea as well, but it is much more effort to build.  Definitely agree that it would be very cool - we would be interested in how important this is to you.

Shared admin is surely gonna help our team to create primary dash for end users and then rather transfer admin rights just be shared admin to make an expert update in dashboard if required. I see "simultaneous editing" is good to have feature, we can live with locked for editing by @ user when someone is working on it.
