Segments, Groups and Project Sharing (non-admin)

We currently have over 1500 users globally on Adobe Analytics globally across every time zone, we have a limited number of admins to control the set up of Adobe Analytics.

We have found that a feature that would be useful would be if we can set up a super user group, that can share to groups, create groups without having to be an admin.

I have never had an issue with this before but when managing a global implementation this presents as a blocker.
