Segments Available as a Column in a Report instead of Filtered List

I'd like to be able to use a segment in a report that shows as a value in a column instead of just filtering the list to only applying to that segment. I'd also like to view the values for multiple segments at once instead of narrowing down the segment even more with a second segment.

For example, I'd like to see on a Paid Search report, a column for our branded searches, non branded searches and PLA campaigns.
