Segment for Bounced Visits

it was great when Bounces and Bounce Rate was introduced into Stie Catalyst 15.  Can we add the ability to create a segment on bounced visits?  I cannot find this metric in the segment builder.  I can see a metric in the builder called Single Page Visit, but I do not believe this is the same as a bounce.

 

To add, this is something that is available in Google Analytics. : )

@myquan14 It's available in Adobe Analytics, too

 

Build your segment to exclude visits where Page Depth is greater than or equal to 2. That should do it.

Hi Ben,

 

Much appreciated for the quick response.  That is a great idea. However, I don't believe Page Depth will include s.tl() server calls.   If this is the case, then segmenting on visits of Page Depth equal to or greater than 1 will show single page visits or non single page visits.

 

In some cases, we actually see large differences between bounce rant and single page visit rate.

@myquan14 That makes sense. I'm changing this back to "partially implemented" so we can continue to track comments and promotes on it.
