Segment condition based on data type

Came across an issue where the other party wanted numeric data specifically. Anything else would break the integration.

So here is the idea:

• Allow for segments to be built on certain data types such as numeric, boolean, string, integer, etc
• Allow for segments to recognize space in a condition (ex: if evar1 contains space)
