Segment builder enhancement

Ability to drag containers (page/ visit/ visitor) with definitions intact between the include/exclude tabs when building/editing segment definitions. Currently the user has to delete the container and rebuild from scratch to invert a segment.

I realise Adam's already suggested this but I want to restate. Original Idea - Click here

Simple toggle between Include/Exclude is now possible with D3.
