Search for building segments or DW pulls

Currently when building a segment you have to scroll through a bunch of items.  Its very hard to use.  Especially when items are not put in alphabetical order.  Its particularly hard to use when trying to pull in metrics/variables in a DW pull.  Its near impossible to find the pieces you want.  The ability to have a search bar in DW or in segment builder would be really helpful.
