The current delivery formats for Scheduled Reports, especially the PDF and HTML, could result in emails exceeding 1MB.
This could cause delivery issues for many email clients and clog up inboxes.
To reduce email sizes and improve deliverability, can you add a new format - Link - to the existing scheduled report formats (when clicking the Email link in SiteCat).
Recipients should receive the same email as they currently do but it won't have any attachments only the link to the report (which already exists in the scheduled reports).
