save language settings in user profile (and other settings)

Please save user's preferred language settings in user profile and not in a cookie.

It is really annoying to set language to preferred English after each login (default is location based, e.g. German) again and again. Esp. if you delete cookies periodically or change browser or go to another computer etc.

Please also save report settings like thousands separator and csv separator permanently.
