SAINT setting to treat empty cells as empty

Would be good to have a setting for SAINT import to treat empty cells as empty and not as "keep old value". Currently you have to overwrite empty strings with "~empty~" to delete values.

I do like it the way it is, although I see benefits in the motion.

This should definitely be an option instead of a default setting. I see all sort of legacy processes tied to the current behaviour with lots of SC clients.

My concern with this is simply that things might get overwritten a LOT. But it's a good idea and something I'll pass along to the SAINT development team. Keep the comments coming!

Keep the default as it is now, so nothing breaks. Optionally I can intentionally change the handling.

Yeah I like this one, but maybe have it be a setting that the user can turn on (not something that has to be done by Client Care).

At least there is a workaround with the ~empty~ value. The bigger problem is if you are submitting a value of "0". This will be regarded as "NULL" instead of "0".
