Restricted Workspace Templates for Enterprise Governance

What - We would love the ability to restrict templates to a single user-group.  While there is the ability to share to a single group, there does not appear to be a way to restrict the masses from seeing a particular template.  

Why - For a large, enterprise organization, governance across hundreds of users is critical.  The ability to lock down a particular template to just a single group would help our management of permissions immensely.
