Restore data on segment owners and original creation dates

Segments created before the Segment Manager upgrade (May-June 2014?) all now appear with Admin Support as the segment owner and the migration date as the date modified.  Please restore the data on original segment owners and modified dates before migration.  Are these data still available?  It is very frustrating now to have no idea when a segment was built or by whom.
