When I set up a monthly email for a Dashboard and I have it sent out at the 1st of the Month, I want the data to be for the 'previous' month. Right now, if i have rolling months and/or a reportlet with a months worth of data, and i set up a recurring monthly email of my dashboard, i get the current months data (which is nothing) instead of the previous month.

Set your dashboard to report on "last month" (a preset date range) and then schedule your report.  You will recieve the previous month's data on the 1st of the month.

That works great if you have a dashboard that no one sees untill its delivered by email. These dashboards are looked at atleast weekly.

You can create a copy of the dashboard, one for general consumption and one for scheduled delivery purposes. Hopefully that helps.

Sorry but having to create two dashboards for the same thing is a bit rediculous.
