Report Suite Totals - by Segment

I love the Report Suite totals reportlet available in dashboarding, BUT, I need to be able to show this information with segmentation applied, so I can (for instance) compare these key metrics for all traffic vs. first time visitors. This seems like an easy tweak. Let me know!
