Receiving Alert when rule broken

It would be super if admin could received an alert when one of the rule is broken.

It happened recently that classification rule builder broke by itself and it is just by chance that we noticed.
(We searched the admin logs to see what happened that day - in the weekend- and it seems it broke by itself)

Therefore, getting alerts would be super important for Admin to correct this.
The rule that would fire those rules are :
- Classification rules
- Processing Rules
