"Anchor Y Axis to Zero" Needs to be Checked Default

Hi guys, in any XY chart the setting "Anchor Y Axis to Zero" needs to be checked by default, otherwise you're presenting a misleading visualization. The default should not be to mislead. It's one of those settings that has to be set every, a real pain.
