Paid Search Detection Case-sensitivity

The Paid Search Detection Case-Sensitivity is nice, but it doesn't seem to work properly in the interface.

For example, here is how my Report Suites were set up:

I wanted to add cid (lowercase) as well:

However, when I did this, I received a message that it was successful, but a new line was not created:

Shouldn't they both be shown here now?
