Option to create debug log for QA of mobile apps

We have a ton of mobile apps that we deploy tracking on.  But the problem is there is no easy way to perform QA on the tracking.  Only the developers have the ability to run the apps on their desktops and have the latest builds installed.  But the people who need to do the QA and view the requests going to Adobe are not developers.

There should be an option for the developer to create a log of all requests (with all tracking parameters and their values) sent to Adobe while running the app.  The SDK should include something that can be set...like debuglog=true, and then all requests get output to a debug file.
