Option of having to choose first and last page of a report in adobe reporting suites

As you can see in the picture below adobe doesn’t have option of choosing last or first page... if I want to go to the last page, I have to go by clicking the next button several times or know the page number for that particular page ahead. What is the importance of having this feature?  It makes it easy to count the number of item listed on that report… which is very critical in some reports.

If you enter a page number such as 50000 in the 'Go to Page' box and click 'Go', it will take you to the last page of your reports

I could do that but there are some reports with more than 50000 page number. It is just make easier to have that last and first button, insead of us  guessing the number and trying.
