More export options (to get visualisations too) for Analysis Workspace

At the moment we can export data only to csv files and that way all the great visualisations are lost. That’s why I have idea request to get full pdf export including all the visualisations. (Eventually, we want to schedule pdf workspaces, but there is already another request for scheduling feature. Maybe this export option would be easier and quicker to do first?)

Glad to hear this is already in progress! I saw earlier mention of a scheduled publishing option, which could be really useful in my scenario.

This is awesome. Our App Team loves the accessibility of the data, but the ability to export it somehow or share it via a custom link so that users wouldn't have to login to the platform (which I know is likely not a possibility) would be beneficial.

@benjamingaines : I think I just found something that might be a work around for this. My company just moved me over to Gmail for our mail server so I am now getting all my e-mails through them. In Site Catalyst, I am able to e-mail myself the report. I did this and it sent me the file to my Gmail account and Gmail automatically had an option to download to my Gdrive. Is it possible to just make a "send e-mail report" based upon the selection I have in Analysis Workspace? If I could just select everything I am wanting to download and e-mail it to myself, this could be a work around for those of us using Gmail as our primary mail server.

@mgraham: That's nifty. Right now there isn't that "email to me" option, but we're targeting our spring release (April) for full download/email support in Analysis Workspace, so hopefully that will give you what you need and then you're all set to set straight to Google Drive!
