Match newer browsers on the day of release

With browsers getting updated so frequently at the moment, is it possible to get the major new ones added either before they're released or when they're released. I saw you recently updated the FF, Safari, et al:

But what about Chrome, etc and after FF& which shouldn't be too far away. any chance this could be done as routine?
