Make instances an available metric for data warehouse reporting.  If it's in the regular UI it should be in DW too.

    I see the original feature request has been accepted and I've noticed in Data Warehouse that I have instances in place for custom eVars.  Still missing is 'custom link instances', was that included in the work for this feature request?  Is it on the roadmap?
