With clearly established leaders in this space, isn't it time we classify FaceBook, Twitter, Linked in, etc. as you do with search engines?

This is does not replace the need for:

Make Referring Domains classifiable via SAINT

But it does mitigate it.

This was mentioned during Summit as an upcoming enhancement to the Referrer Type report. I'm definitely interested in seeing it in a future release.

This has been implemented with the SiteCatalyst v14.8 release.

I'm afraid I'm not seeing it. I have logged out and come back in fresh.

So it's there, now, great, and THANKS!

But when I correlate to the referring domains, instead of a "breakdown" of social I see ALL domains? Where can I go to find what Omniture considers social domains?

Also: Since this was basically a classification of domains, why is it only available moving forward? I mean, the classification should be applied to referrals going back at least a year so we can trend the data.

How about adding social media to the dropdown filter as well?  It's frustrating to filter out search engines AND social media when selecting 'external'.
