Logical Operations and IF THEN ELSE in Calculated Metrics

Calculated metrics should allow Logical operations (AND, OR, NOT) as well beyond the basic math operations. Also, IF THEN ELSE like conditional statements should be supported in defining calculated metrics.

It is really painful to export reports in Excel and then run macros or run these operations manually on an ongoing basis.
