Knowing who is logged into Discover and Admins being able to kick them out

If you have limited Discovered licenses for Discover, when they are all in use it is not possible to see who is using the licenses, so you can't ask people lo log out. This is particularly frustrating in a Global organisation.

I require 2 things:

1. A UI for all Discover license users to see who is currently logged in

2. Ability for any admin user to 'kick out' any Discover license user from the system.

Thanks

Currently, you get a message if there are no available concurrent sessions of Discover available.  It would be great if it could show you who was using Discover at the tome so you could call them up and see if you could get in if you need a quick answer...

This would be really good.  Waiting in queue is never fun, especially when you've got critical work to do and someone has left themselves logged in while they've gone to lunch :-(

Yes, totally agree! Especially when we have to use it during peak hours (e.g. APAC time 16:00, which is UK time 9:00...).

It would be nice to see who's logged into Discovery as well as the ability to force log them out or kill their connection.

There has been several instances where we've ran out of session licenses and users were in the queue while no users are logged.

If you contact Omniture Care, they can do this already, so the tools exist, why not push them out to the admins?

This is a great idea - we have to resort to emailing our users to get them to exit their sessions.  Not much good when the team is split out over US, Europe and Asia Pacific...

Any progress on this?  We'd also love to be able to see a Discover user log - who logged in when and how long for.

Is there any way to see that information?

i've started implementing this idea and would love to get some feedback.  Right now the page just shows the active Discover sessions for your company.  I plan to add functionality that will allow an administrator to "boot" users.  Is there anything else you'd like to see here?
