Introduce Pathfinder report in SC15

We are really missing the Pathfinder report in SC15, which together with the Full Path report (which has also been removed) is helping us optimize flows

While we haven't yet upgraded (3/1/12) this is the one item that analysts have commented on in our company as well.

Implemented with SiteCatalyst v15.3. Full Path report was also re-enabled.
