Increase File Size Limit for Report Builder to 10MB

Current file size limitation for report builder workbooks is 5MB.

Proposing to increase this limitation to 10MB to allow for larger/more complex files to schedule.

    We have looked into this before and determined we cannot raise the 5MB limit at this time. The reason is that raising the limit would potentially cause the scheduling server to run out of memory, which would cause all scheduled workbook updates to fail (even if the other workbooks are under 5MB). This could potentially affect all of your schedules, and other customers' schedules as well.
