Increase drop-down menus' width

The drop-down menus sometimes are too narrow to clearly see the full item names.

1) Increase width for Conversion/Traffic Classification drop-down menus in the Admin Console.

1a) Replace "(Conversion Variable XX)" with "(eVar XX)"

1b) Replace "(Traffic Variable XX)" with "(prop XX)"

2) Increase width for Traffic Correlation drop-down menus in the Admin Console.

2a) Replace "(Traffic Variable XX)" with "(prop XX)"

2b) Replace "Traffic XX" with "Variable Name (prop XX)" in the 2/5 Item Data Correlations tables.

3) increase width for SAINT Classifications drop-down menus: Data Set to be classified and Select Report Suite.

3a) Add "(prop XX)" or "(eVar XX)" after each item in the Data Set to be classified menu.

4) increase width of the Select a Report Suite menu in Code Manager
