Include Total Single Access and Total Entries Metrics for ReportBuilder

Currently, the "Total Single Access" and "Total Entries" metrics aren't available in ReportBuilder, so there is no easy way of providing site wide bounce rates. Getting these implemented would be extremely helpful.

    I agree with Dan on this entry.  Adobe, please add support for pulling the Total Single Access and Total Entries into the SiteCatalyst API.
