Include Full Landing Page Referrer and URL by Default

In SiteCatalyst, I have to use eVars and sProps in order to see what the entire Referrer and URL is.  By default only the s-dns is available for referrer and landing page is only the pagename that is created instead of the actual s-dns+cs-uri-stem+cs-uri-query (which is sometimes more useful).
