Improve Report names for those which are classified through SAINT

If you have a report with a classification it is often confusing/ unclear where exactly you are in the Reporting structure. Let’s  say there is a report Pages classified by a number of characteristics: Type, Source, etc. If you open the report Pages > Type, the name of the report will be just “Type”. I would suggest to show “Pages > Type” instead as this would look more logically. This is even more important when you have many different reports opened.
