Unless I am staring at the chat screen I continue to "lose" the help agent. If the icon in the nav bar could blink when the chat agent has reponded, that would be extremely helpful and there would be far fewer chats timing out!
As mentioned in the idea that Andreas referenced, we are working with our chat vendor on this. Unfortunately, we do not have direct control over the chat platform. Because it is not something that our Product Management team can directly affect, I am going to mark this idea as "Reviewed."
