Graphs--bring back baselines (52 weeks prior, 4 weeks prior)

Since migrating to SiteCatalyst v15, we've had a couple users request the prior year baselines in the trend graphs for metrics like they had in v14 and prior.

The people responsible for our ecommerce websites like to see whether they're beating last year's revenue and conversion rates.
